If the answer is yes, or sometimes, then I bet it does feel like you are pushing an elephant up a hill. Are you struggling in your life? I like Stuart Wilde's notion that "Life was never meant to be a struggle" and i think it holds some validity. Well guess what, life was never meant to be a struggle. I personally don't find the act of breathing too much of a chore though. I've gotta tell you that up until about 11 Years ago I perceived life & money making as a real struggle. This is not what life was meant to be. I had an end in sight and it took hours of struggle to see that end. It's all in the way we choose to view things. I feel like the process really spoke to me about the universal idea of struggle or frustration. I came from a Professional family.
